Please bear in mind the pressure that call operators are working under, and treat them with the respect you’d expect to receive.
They will be prioritising calls, so if yours is not urgent, there may be a delay.

Services are staffed by trained professionals in the Control Room, offering support without waiting on the phone.
And it leaves our phone handlers clear to deal with emergencies.
