If you have a family member, friend or loved one who is looking for a new challenge, considering their next career move, returning to work, or taking their first steps into employment, why not encourage them to explore a career in policing?
We're hosting a Careers Fair on Saturday 10 October at Wixams Academy, giving anyone interested in policing the opportunity to discover the wide range of roles available across the force.
This event offers the chance to meet officers, detectives and staff from some of the force's busiest frontline and specialist teams, and learn about the different entry routes and what a career in policing can offer.
They'll also be able to find out more about eligibility requirements, salaries, training, shift patterns and career progression, as well as the support available throughout the recruitment process.
From tackling crime and investigating complex cases to supporting people when they need it most, there are opportunities for people with a wide range of skills, experience, qualifications and ambitions.
The Careers Fair is a free, drop-in event running from 12pm to 4pm at Wixams Academy, MK42 6BA.
We are keen to encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences, reflecting the diverse communities we serve across Bedfordshire.
If you know someone who might be interested, please share this opportunity with them.
